Pleasure Before Work Anointed Works (AW) has another venue that doesn't focus on #business, marketing mix, advertisement and other marketing mix related tasks that serve to promote our business presence in the marketing world. What AW is good at is creating Christian allegories. As the co-author of Rachel Wilson (Artzenin Eklektós)'s novel series, #SearchForTheGriffin, we are working hard with her to bring her fictional world and its characters to life on a daily/yearly basis. Truthfully, the business side of AW is seen as a thorn. A distraction, uneventful and something the workers and the CEO Board does not care for and could care less for. What we care about is people and their souls. What we care about is seeing President Wilson's novels impacting lives all around the world. We participate in the marketing mix because it is expected of us from a professional standpoint, but are true goal is to win the attention of our targeted audience. Once we do that, we want to convince them that #Christian entertainment is not boring or a waste of their time. These Christian fantasy novels President Wilson is creating for her readers is unique, different, thrilling and something to make a reader tilt their head in astonishment. Timing is very important. Timing and finding workers who will help us for free or through freelance contracts. With no finical support or base, we are on our own. It is increasingly difficult to do anything of importance, but our passion drives us. We will not stop until we have made a mark in someone's heart for Christ. If one person walks away saved after all this labor and hardship is said and done, it was worth every second of suffering and every rejection from the world and sadly, even from the church. • 7 P's Of Marketing

Under The Iceberg As much as AW wants to run the marketing race with big and small businesses and show the world who we are and what we have to offer, AW has to first understand what the 7 P's are. Once understood the CEO Board must decide if our organization has the ability to meet those standards. If we do, how will we go about funding it? If we don't, do we accept that we cannot do it and seek avenues of finical support and hire people with the intellect and skills to do it for us? It is a fine line, one that the CEO Board will eventually haven no choice but to cross. 1. Product The service or product a company, business organization sells should be the center focus of their element. Unlike our rivals, AW does not sell physical products of any kind or digital products of any kind. But if you are a entity that sell physical or digital products you should think about answering the why. Why should people want your products over someone else they already are invested with and trust? Why should they trust you with their money and time? Once you answer the why, move on to the marketing phase. You have a product so how do you want to go about showcasing it? Ads? Blogs? A informative article? Either method you decide on it is to help people and potential investors understand who you are, what you have to offer and help build organic support for your niche. 2. Price A business, no matter how big or small must decide pricing of their product based on what customers are prepared to pay. Note, not all business owners do this, but many do. One way you could do this is presenting an offer. A offer can be subscription, membership and discount benefits. Another avenue to advertise the pricing of your product would be setting up a email campaign. Email campaigns can be time consuming, but they're ideal for sending quick notices about the sale of your product. 3. Promotion Marketing requires mental focus and the ability to come up with constructive strategies that include most if not all of the promotional activities for the marketing mix. If you are a physical entity and have a store location you would use ads, in-store advertisement such as posters, stickers, a store mascot or employee passing out flyers or signs posted throughout the store indicating what is on sale or whatever it is you wish to market to your customer. In this modern generation we live in digital promotion is a huge beacon for success. Email campaign promotion, offline and online events, social media livestreams and taking your promotion to social media platforms is very popular right now. With digital promotion alone, you have so many more opportunities to market your product and services. Some examples of digital marketing are online events, official band groups designed to connect with the public and hosting events via livestreams. 4. Place Where and how a product is displayed and sold should be founded on two important steps. A, your personal preferences and B, your customer. Do you like physical products and promoting the products in a store? Or does your customer like digital products and prefer online interaction? Don't make the mistake of sacrificing one over the other. Combine both approaches and do what is most effective for you and your business. Understanding the atmosphere aka place of your own preferences as well as your customer's preferences will help your business grow over time. Knowing exactly where to start a sale, whether it be online or offline and knowing if you need to follow your instincts or cater to the whims of a customer will give you more insight as to how to market your product. 5. People Excellent customer service is a must in marketing mix and will make customers feel safe, welcome and like they are being heard. Friendly customer service is known to keep a person coming back. You want this because when someone is impressed with how they were treated, they are more likely to talk highly of y our business and tell a friend or family member about their experience. This is known as a referral. Referrals can be orally given or written in a review that is posted to your business website or other referral hotspots like Google Reviews, Apple's App Store and other known referral services. Having positive feedback from customers who are impressed with your customer service and your products is 100% good for your marketing process. If you are a employer, make sure you take time to train your employees and anyone else who is professionally representing your brand and basic knowledge of common trouble shooting issues customers run into so you can build a positive reputation and trust with your base. 6. Process The marketing mix process has different kinds of processes that businesses can use to market their products successful and their sales better. These processes are known as the: Electronic Processes Technological Processes Direct Activities Indirect Activities Delivering a final, completed product to a customer/consumer is the goal and that delivery must be reliant, have good quality so the customer leaves happy and satisfied. If your final product is low quality and you don't apply any of the process methods mentioned above, do not be surprised if you loose customers or your sales suffer. 7. Physical Evidence This should be obvious. Providing someone and that means anyone in the community or anyone on line who asks you for physical evidence, must be given to them. There are a few ways you can do that. You can show people your legal binding documentation, such as a FEIN, business card or a receipt. If you want someone to take your offline or online business seriously be ready and willing to prove the business's reputation and existence with physical documentation of some kind. Usually for offline businesses, there are legal certificates that business owners will post in the offices or outside of their offices where people can see them. Usually for online business, there must be backlinks on the website or a page that shows proper documentation of the online business and its existence. Why Support & Donations Are Not Working AW has worked hard to raise money for the organization since 2018 when we were founded. Instead of choosing one fundraiser, we tried multiple ones to see which ones were more effective. Online Fundraising Offline Fundraising As you can see, AW has tried different approaches for different types of people and sadly, none of it worked. There is a reason why this didn't work, though AW does not agree with the reason nor does President Wilson. Back in 2019, President Wilson met a man, Chris Roelke, on LinkedIn. They had a very interesting discussion about base, financial support, position and targeted audience. Chris made a powerful statement in the middle of their conversation. He told President Wilson there are some people who love Christ, but not anime and some people love anime, but despise Christ. This is a very sound truth and a big problem for us at AW. We need people to care, we need people to believe in what we're doing, but the majority of people who see us are the elderly, not the young people who just so happen to be AW's targeted audience. Youthful people are easier to reach in the genre of our specialty, not the elders, yet Chris flipped that mindset around real fast. He went on to explain capacity, something President Wilson did not consider until he mentioned it. The young people whom President Wilson was trying to get financial support from could not happen. They have bills, college, college debt, jobs, families and do not have the extra money to spare because their focus is on so many other things that demand their time, attention, and money. President Wilson expected the young people to become her base and she was certain she was targeting the right audience, but alas, many young people are broken and many do not like Christ, as they lump Him in with all the other religions. Christianity is not a religion because Christ Himself was real (not a theory or fake person) and there is historical documentation and artifacts from the Bible to prove this. Even so, young people see Him like any other religion, so naturally, they do not want to have anything to do with Him or His doctrine. The older people who go to church or at most, know who Christ is, that is where the money is. Chris said that elders have lived their lives, and many have the extra capacity to give unlike the youth. But guess what? The elders do not like anime or even know what it is because that is not what they grew up with or they know what it is and do not care for it. It is not a passion or an interest they have as the young people do who did grow up with it. A base, which is a large group of people donating to a cause or showing support in some form, was no longer an achievable goal for President Wilson. She once steered towards the young people and thought they would support her passion, but after Chris's talk, President Wilson walked away with a fresh perspective and a new determination. After much thought and talking with the CEO Board, everyone concluded it will always be a struggle to raise money and it will always be a struggle to find base support with the young and the old for two reasons. A, The young like anime, but do not like Christ. B, The old like Christ, but do not like anime. People will not give to what they don't understand, care for or have passion for. This clash is on-going and everyone here at AW is doing their best to come up with a new solution to raise money and have consistent finical support. • Impasse

Deadlocked There has been moments and will always be moments where The Dev Team does not agree with President Wilson and President Wilson does not agree with the Dev Team. The Dev Team and President Wilson must have team meetings regularly, just to keep the novel series on track and balanced. They are always having to go over the Blueprints and the overall message of the Christian allegories used in the novel series. It is during this process of refining the Dev Team and President Wilson will experience tension, offense, frustration and disagreement. If and when these clashes happen it is rarely helpful for either side to open up with a negative attitude and feedback. An example of this would be: "President Wilson we feel like you never listen to us." "President Wilson we feel like you don't pay attention to how we feel about this scene or this character's development." "President Wilson we feel like you hate everything we critique." "Devs, I feel like you're not even trying or giving me your best." "Devs, I feel like you're always against what I have to say." _ "President Wilson we feel like you're coming off too aggressive in this scene and like you don't even care about what your readers' feelings half the time." See the problem? This is not helpful for the Dev Team or for President Wilson. From where AW is standing such remarks will not be well received or get the results they want. So how do they resolve their indifferences if it isn't ideal to start a conversation with, "I feel like you."? The CEO Board suggested to both sides to express what they want the other party to feel, but with a humble Christ-like attitude and talk about what they want the other party to understand. "President Wilson, I want you to listen to what we have to say and be open minded and like we can approach you about anything." __ "Devs, I want you to step it up and give me everything you got and if all you can provide is a little, then do that. Don't worry if you can't be on my level just do what's within your capabilities." And this is how the Dev Team and President Wilson sort through their issues. They flip it around, say what they mean and do their best not to accuse someone. Blaming someone always sparks anger or annoyance. We want both parties to avoid that at all costs. But more importantly, we want the Dev Team and President Wilson to be one, a solid unified team that is reflecting the attitude and behavior of a Christian. It requires effort and most importantly, it requires both parties to demonstrate the fruits of the Spirit and that is something everyone at AW should strive to do, no matter how big or little their job is. • Department Roles

Breaking It Down Some have wondered if AW is a animation studio that is creating the artwork visitors and members see on the site. No. We are not a animation studio. AW did not design or sketch the characters, backgrounds, scenes, etc. that is on the site. Allow us to clarify who is who and the roles that everyone plays in the organization. AW is the co-author of President Wilson's (Artzenin Eklektos) novel series, Search For The Griffin, and the corporate parent of our online university, Unaligned Academy. UA is responsible for teaching our readers about the Christian messages in SFTG and helping others understand the whole Bible in general. President Wilson is the founder of AW, UA and Zion Studio. She is the author and novelist of her novel series and the illustrator of all the artwork you see on this site in the Galleries, the Head Minister of UA and the president of AW. The digital artist and Dev Team Director is Cee Jinary. Cee Jinary will sometimes contribute digital versions of Artzenin's illustrations, but her primary focus is leading the Dev Team. Zion Studio is responsible for two things. A, investing their personal time into watching secular TV shows/anime. Prior to the purification process Zion Studio must create in depth and complex Blueprints for new and old characters. B, they discuss how to incorporate the secular themes into the fictional world using the refined and purified content before sending the Blueprints off to President Wilson. Purifying Secular Content Is Not Easy! Technically, when we first started out in 2018 AW was originally over SFTG's development and helped President Wilson out with concepts and finding secular themes to purify. However, a few months later in that same year President Wilson refined her idea and gave this duty to Zion Studio and made Zion Studio the official art department for SFTG while AW focused solely on writing with President Wilson. Compared to what AW is doing Zion Studio works the hardest and they defiantly do not have it easy. It takes a lot of mental focus and spiritual discipline to sit down and watch demonic productions from our rivals. Some secular content Zion Studio cannot save or purify, but the ones that can be salvaged are still quite disturbing with serious emotional and phycological themes that can and will pollute one's mind. The staff of Zion Studio are professionals and know how to safeguard their hearts as well as their minds. They know when to cut off a observation and walk away. Just to clarify Zion Studio does not condone the demonic TV shows/anime productions at all and would never recommend them to people to anyone of any age, saved or not. Many will criticize Zion Studio and President Wilson for what they are doing and many will probably think they are using a observation as a means to secretly enjoy the secular content they're watching. This is not true in the slightest. The Bible is full of demonic things, but is meant to be used as a lesson and to show the reader what to do and what not to do. If Zion Studio observed the Bible and then made Blueprints for President Wilson to use in her novel series, we would still be slandered for that. Why? Because people don't realize just how deep and disturbing many books and letters in the Bible is. Zion Studio's staff would never jeopardize their faith in Christ or their holiness for a high from watching secular content. The motive is to watch with their eyes and never take pleasure in their hearts from what they see on a screen. Blog post written by Anointed Works Copyright © 2022 Anointed Works #AWCommuntiy

  • Focal Point

Copyright © 2022 Anointed Works Blog post written by AW Zooming In On The Lost What is a focal point? What does that mean? It means a few things depending on how you use the term and the purpose for it. One of the known general definition of this word means: The point at which rays or waves meet after reflection or refraction or the point from which diverging rays or waves appear to proceed. Or, it can mean: The center of interest or activity. Companies, non-profit organizations, local communities drafting people for a cause of some kind, is a direct example of a focal point. Oh but wait, there is another definition of focal point for art that means: A focal point is that area of a picture that attracts the eye. The viewer's eye is naturally drawn to areas where light and dark are in stark juxtaposition. Bright colors, fine detail, sharp edges, anomalies, patterns and any arrow-like “pointers” also attract the eye. Note the photo of colored pencils below. There is a focal point present, something that is standing out and drawing your eye's attention to what is more important over everything else in the photo. You could say all the colored pencils are beautiful and should be admired and you are correct to think that. However, the photographer wanted to emphasize something for the viewer to see. The focal point in the photo is priority over everything else in the photo. AW and Artzenin are doing this same tactic with Christian anime. Using the metaphor of colored pencils, understand that each colored pencil represents a different ministry in the world. AW wants Christian anime to be the focal point of our ministry because we know anime is affective, entertaining and depending on where a sinner is in their life, anime is their therapy. So why is that? Why is anime so influential and popular with people all over the world? The answer is simple. It is relatable and the characters in those fictional worlds are personal to the viewer and when something is personal, one will cling to it, for better or for worse. This is why AW chose to create a Christian anime ministry and not create a typical and expected ministry that is already known to sinners. Do not misunderstand what we are saying. Those types of ministries are needed and important and certainly Godly if their founders and workers are truly born again Christians who seek to be a light to their targeted audience. That is awesome and we are happy for our other siblings in Christ who labor in faith alongside of us. AW merely finds it strange that the church will go forth to spread the gospel physically, but not fictitiously. There are lost people in fantasy too and that means a ministry has to be willing to go where the lost is. We were that ministry and happily do it. AW is very passionate to use Christian anime as a focal point for the sinners to zoom in on and as time goes by, we are very excited to see what Yahweh will do with this ministry. Will we become widely known like our late brother Billy Gram? Will we travel as a team and speak before large crowds like Joyce Meyer? Who knows. All we do know is that our Christian anime will be present and our most powerful tool we will use to attract the attention of our targeted audience. #AWCommunity

  • Deserted, But Still Alive

Notice Us Senpai! Sponsorship and business partners are two factors our organization desperately needs, wants and desires. Without either, AW will more than likely remain unnoticed by the public and remain stranded on an island, by ourselves with no one to share our journey with. Our biggest hurdle yet is trying to make a notable presence in the social media marketing world. As much as we don't want to adapt and join the time-consuming lifestyle, AW has to in order to survive. We must learn and keep up with our rivals and the youth of this era if we intend to make a difference, even if that difference is just a small dent. Social media has become a drug humanity is addicted to and honestly, prefers to have in their daily lives. If AW pretends that isn't the reality of the world, we are fooling ourselves. So where do we get a sponsor to help us out? By literally sales pitching the right person or company with our presence. If who we try to impress does not see the skills and understanding of social media marketing, they simply won't take our organization seriously. Time Management People use to get up and physically go to their friend's house to socialize. At most, they would call them on the phone. Now, phones and other devices have replaced the need to interact in person with others. If people decide to go out and meet someone, a group of friends or their romantic interest, guess what? There is 9/10 chance they will take out their phones while supposedly socializing at the same time. Is this wrong of them to do? That would depend on what one sees as a waste of time verses what one sees as a productive use of time. To everyone here at AW, we balance such things and know it is unhealthy to be on our phones, and other entertainment devices all the time, especially in a group gathering setting. Yet the youth and adults (elderly included) like the concept of being enslaved and addicted to social media for whatever their reasons. They also like to be entertained and will seek outlets to pacify boredom, relieve stress, to connect with people all across the world and to peek their own curiosity. This is where our audiences goes so naturally, AW has to do the same thing if we intend to get a sponsor, let alone build a base of fans for our content. AW has to be willing to learn more about social media, how it works and ultimately, figure out what the crowd wants. For the past 4 years AW staff, Zion Studio's Dev Team and Artzenin have made content that would require a person to put in effort. Artzenin's novels are long and the lore novels are a combination of short and long. Both the novels and lore novels have a lot of depth to them and very important key elements that connect readers to other characters in other segments of the Search For The Griffin series. To get an idea as to what we were up against, AW asked 6 people to beta read Milieu: Book 1 as a test and to see if they would last long enough to give us constructive feedback. Those individuals didn't last 20 minutes before their attention span died and gave up. According to one Beta Reader, he became very zoned out and sleepy by the required details in the novel. We use the term required because the novel he read was the foundation story that would later help him understand certain events and behaviors of certain characters. Unfortunately, he did not like those required details. He literally only made it to page 3 and had to stop. This is the world we live in. This is the sorry state of people in today's generation. Currently all departments are discussing more approaches to see if there is a way to create the message of Christ in the content we make, but also find a way to keep the reader's attention from start to finish. AW intends to keep in the loop and learn everything we can about social media marketing and new ways to reach our audiences. However, we will not compromise the important details in our works simply because some people do not like to give more than 60 seconds or 3 minutes of their life away. The way we see it, if the world can read the entire Harry Potter series, watch all the movies and then turn around and justify watching 50 Shades Of Gray, they can make time for Christ in Artzenin's novels. • 5th Birthday

Giving Ourselves To You, Free Of Charge We are 5 years old and had a terrible season last year. The projects Zion Studio had planned to release were pushed back, some were deleted all together and with no staff in the department, the Dev Director had no one to help her complete assignments. President Wilson decided AW would no longer be the co-author of Search For The Griffin. AW has been the co-author for SFTG since our birth, so for President Wilson to implement this change, it took us some time to adjust. Shortly after President Wilson disbanded AW as the co-author, she suggested AW sponsor creators and showcase their works, talents, business, hobby, etc. Originally were trying to get a sponsor and wanted to be shown off by someone else who was already popular and known in the marketing mix, but Yahweh revealed this route to President Wilson, then she told the team and agreed with our Maker on this subject. To be honest, this didn't make sense to the team in the beginning, but the more everyone prayed and fasted, the more Yahweh laid this change on our hearts. Despite being broke and poor, having no one in the business world notice us or value our presence no matter how much we have paid to get noticed, giving back and supporting others was a breath of fresh air. Picture it. A unpopular company that specializes in Christianizing secular works with no money to their name as of yet, has now been asked by Elohim to support people for free. We going to support Christian creators, but we are also accepting of sponsoring non-Christians. Saved or not, everyone must adhere to the Sponsorship Policy in order to receive free sponsorship. President Wilson made a video announcement that details this newest development. Our team is hopeful visitors, members, friends and family will support our newest route and creators of both parties will give us a shot and take us up on this free service. We Got Your Back If you wish to apply for sponsorship, please follow these simple steps. Read and agree to the Sponsorship Policy and our Privacy Policy that can be found on our Policies page. After you have read the policies, go to the Showcase, fill out the application and submit it. If you are interested in being sponsored and have questions about this service, please visit our Contact page and email our Help Desk during business hours. • 4th Birthday

Our Birthday Gift To You Is Free Content! We are 4 years old and in honor of this celebration, AW has a gift for you. That's right. Not for us, but for you. It use to be that people had to join our website and become members and purchase a VIP membership to see the art galleries and get access to content before anyone else in the world. As of this year in 2022, AW has officially decided until we are led by Yahweh's spirit to do otherwise, to give access to the art galleries for free here on our website. But wait, it gets better. Now all the eBooks and lore books will be free. Every single one. This is our way of giving back, even though we are not supported or well known, we do not want our communities to feel like they must pay money to receive Christian content. We want to give generously and without strings attached. Christ died for us, shed his blood for us for free. The way we it, why should we charge sinners or other Christians to view or read Godly entertainment? Do not misunderstand. If you are a person who supports Christian organizations or are a Christian organization and you are reading this, please know we are not bashing you for having others support you with their money. Please know we are not criticizing you for charging others for memberships or to purchase your content. That is not wrong to do, you must survive and pay bills and as long as your heart is in the right place and you are doing those things with a clean motive and for the sake of spreading the Gospel, by all means, do it. Go for it and do it with pride. However, AW and Artzenin are not being led by Ruwah to do as you all do. We are being led to open our doors and to make all of our content available to people who have money and don't have money. We want everyone, worldwide to know we sincerely are interested in seeing them get saved and develop a real, healthy relationship with the Elohim and do not want to charge someone during their journey to Christ. It does not bold well in our spirits and we prefer people to think of us as a gatekeeper that simply does not require an entry fee. Anyone, no matter what their faith or religion, should be able to come and go as they please on this website and come and go as they please when they consider reading one of Artzenin's novels. We want to express true ahavah (Godly divine love) and want you to celebrate our birthday with this amazing life time offer. Blog post written by AW Copyright © 2022 Anointed Works #AWCommunity

  • Entertainment

Is Your Family Safe? Most people in the modern generation we live in would agree that they feel safe when surfing through the channels of their television and rest easy knowing their family members are obeying house rules when it comes to TV shows. Parents can trust their kids to watch and play games that are moralistic, appropriate and educational. Right? Wrong. Yahweh is being removed from societies all around the world, every day, every second. A world with no purity or divine rulership equals a world of wickedness and chaos 24/7. Many entertainment sources such as: TV shows, movies, comics, manga, etc. promote the demonic teachings of devils that Yahweh told humanity to not do or practice. A lot of people think there is no harm in watching or listening to profane entertainment, yet Christians and pagans justify darkness when it comes to their speech and to what they let themselves, let alone their children be exposed to on a daily basis. So what does the Bible say about these topics? Corinthians 3: 16 states we are Yahweh's temple and that Ruwah dwells inside of us. Romans 12: 1 states our bodies are a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Yahweh, which is our spiritual worship. Philippians 4: 8 states that whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, we are to think about these things. 1 Peter 1: 13-16 states as obedient children of Yahweh we should not fashion ourselves after our former lusts (desires) that was dine in our ignorance, but to become holy and to be holy in all manner of conversation because it is written that Yahweh Himself said, "Be holy, for I am holy." Ephesians 4: 29-31 states we are to let no corruption proceed from our mouth, to only let that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto others. We are not to grieve Ruwah, the Holy Spirit by our actions and we are to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamour, evil speaking be put away from us and all malice. The world that we live in is promoting and legalizing the exact opposite of what the true origin Bible teaches and what Yahweh expects his children to do. Many Christian households are ignorantly and also knowingly letting these kinds of sinful influences into their homes. They allow their children watch, listen to music or play games or read comics/manga that teach doctrines of devils and see no wrong with what they have just done. Or, if the Christian parents are ignorant and clueless, they do not realize that a cartoon that they would normally assume is "safe" would include the following: Woke (LGBTQ+) Marriage + Acceptance Phonography Rape Murder Profanity Sexual Adult Themes Drug Abuse Use Alcohol Abuse Use Fornication (Members of the biological sex living together not legally married.) Pedophilia (Adult sexual attraction to children.) Theft Violence Racism Brutality (From government officials or local citizens.) Entertainment is changing and the more it changes the more tolerant and accepting the market wants to push these sinful and demonic themes onto you and your children. Here at AW, we produce content that is safe for our readers to enjoy. We teach morality and use fictional characters to tell stories about the Bible. We literally specialize in Christianizing secular works so Christian can have entertainment at a touch of their fingertips and together with the author, Artzenin Eklektos, AW has created a Christian anime novel series titled, Search For The Griffin. This series is designed to draw people of all different views and faiths in with the goal to expose sin for what it truly is, but also provide creative entertainment for them to enjoy. Shifting Direction & Exploring New Options We are 3 years old and have made some unique tweaks in how we intend to go about our mission! We have added some more features to the website as well. If you can enroll at UA and check out what the Board Of Trustees is planning to do for our seekers. They are busy creating classroom content and special features for future seekers and has high aspirations for anyone who enrolls UA. It is a place of acceptance, a place of diversity and most importantly of all, a place where our seekers can learn who the real true living God of Creation is without the noise of the world present to distract them. Zion Studio has been given their own department. We teamed up with affiliates and work together to produce Godly content, artwork books, ebook and much more. Since AW first launch, our focus was about reaching only lost people. Now we're working to educate lost and saved and UA will be the first stepping stones in this direction. #AWCommunity Copyright © 2020 Anointed Works Blog post written by AW

  • Business Partners

Copyright © 2019 Anointed Works Blog post written by AW We Want You, Really! But Only If You Want Us It is not that we do not want to partner with other companies. It is not that we are biased and won't accept help from those like us. At the same time, there is clash and conflict of interest if our business partners do not believe in Yahweh, like Christ or promote holiness. We are very anxious and eager to have help, but in Yahweh's timing and with other fellow believers. However, it is not wrong to put out recruitment ads or promotion ads for partnerships in general. We intend to pray about everyone who comes to us and says they want to help us. This is not personal, but even people in the Bible sought Yahweh for help in everything before making a sound decision. Men who had wives that were barren sought Yahweh to give them seed. They asked Yahweh for children and He did it. No one needs to have a baby at AW, no one needs mountains uplifted and tossed into the sea. What we need is honest, dependable hard workers. People who are passionate and driven with passion. We need people who want to see this ministry thrive for all the right reasons. If you are visiting AW for the first time and are curious to partner with us we would love to hear from you. If you are a Christian business and want to partner with AW there are a few things you must know up front. We will not partner with a professing Christian ministry/organization/company who supports sin of any kind or lifestyle whatsoever. We have a zero-tolerance for "Christians" who marry LGBTQ+ couples, approve of fornication (living together while not married), sex trafficking, pornographic hobbies, lying, stealing, cheating on their spouses, abusing their spouse or children, gossiping, committing spiritual adultery, idolatry, etc. This is not allowed. A true Bible-believing Christian knows that Yahweh, Ruwah and Yeshua would never support sin, therefore we expect our Christian partners to be doers of the Word, not just readers of the Word and put action behind their confession of faith if they're a certified Christian business. Contracts AW has policies in place that require our staff to sign a Contract For Hire that states all the requirements they must fulfill at AW on the clock. Likewise, business partners must read a document that covers similar guidelines and must sign a Partnership Contract. Business partners should never sign if they do not agree to the Terms or if they are not going to take us seriously. We will not accept incompetence or no joint effort in the partnership. To Christians who want to partner with AW, despite our difference in personal callings, and ministries, Jehoshua expects of us to come together, and labor in the faith for the sake of the Gospel. All business partners, regardless if they are Christian or non-Christian partners should respectful, kind, and loving towards one another. If we suspect a business partner is not meeting the terms of the Partnership Contract we reserve the right to terminate and cancel the partnership at any time. For further information about the Partnership Contract, please see the footer below and look under the Legal Info to obtain a copy of the Partnership Contract. This document can be mailed to our corporate address, but it is quicker, and easier to email the completed form to the Secretary at info@anointedworks.org. #AWCommunity
