If posts have a time stamp, be sure to screenshot the time stamp or record the time stamps in your video.
Upload your files as an attachment in an email and send your evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our support hours are from 9AM-4PM EST Monday-Friday with the fastest response times between 11AM-1PM. The easiest and most effective way to get help is to chat with us by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen. The average response time through chat is between 10-20 minutes. If we do not get to you right away just leave the window open and you'll hear a small noise from your browser when we reply.
