If a worker is stationed in our area, they are welcome to come over to HQ and eat with us during business hours. We eat well at AW. We make it a point to go to the top 3 hot spots to get the best food and drink in the county. If we don't eat out, no worries. The fridge is heavily stocked with goods and any snacks or meals a worker desires may eat without paying. Everything is free for taking.

Just because we can't pay our workers doesn't mean we hold back when it comes to family time. We strongly encourage expecting parents to take at least 4 months off to spend quality time with the next generation of spiritual warriors.

Off Grid
Take 30 days for Sick Leave/PTO/vacation time. If you need more time for Sick Leave that's okay. Just get a doctor's excuse and we will give you more time. Please do not abuse this benefit. We offer this because we value the temple of the Lord and know rest is mandatory.

We want you to look good at work, even if you're not in our nation, our local area to visit HQ. All newcomers will receive a black or white hoodie jacket to keep that thing called body heat inside during the winter. Perfect for snuggling. This offer is optional. If you do not want a hoodie jacket, by all means. Just decline and let us know.
Join Our Team
Everyone works for free at in this ministry and have other jobs that pay the bills and put food on the table. President Wilson made AW a volunteer organization from the start, but some applicants want AW to become their career and be paid for their services and that isn't possible at this time. If you really want to join our team, you must work for free until we are in position to pay our workers. If you believe Yahweh is leading you to join our company and want to be part of something wonderful, check out the job openings, find your field of expertise and apply. Please don't apply to work for AW if you are not led spiritually by God. This is all about Christ and doing what Christ wills. Staff has prayed, fasted and sought the Lord for themselves before committing their time to AW. We're not saying this to scare you away, but to make sure you understand that the jobs here are truly a blessing and should be personal, not out of a sense of obligation or duty. Your reward will be in heaven. Gold, silver, fame we cannot offer you, but in the next life where Christ is King and reigns you will be rewarded for your good works by the Elohim themselves and truly that is the best prize to strife for and look forward to.
