Most people in the modern generation we live in would agree that they feel safe when surfing through the channels of their television and rest easy knowing their family members are obeying house rules when it comes to TV shows. Parents can trust their kids to watch and play games that are moralistic, appropriate and educational. Right? Wrong. Yahweh is being removed from societies all around the world, every day, every second. A world with no purity or divine rulership equals a world of wickedness and chaos 24/7. Many entertainment sources such as: TV shows, movies, comics, manga, etc. promote the demonic teachings of devils that Yahweh told humanity to not do or practice. A lot of people think there is no harm in watching or listening to profane entertainment, yet Christians and pagans justify darkness when it comes to their speech and to what they let themselves, let alone their children be exposed to on a daily basis. So what does the Bible say about these topics? Corinthians 3: 16 states we are Yahweh's temple and that Ruwah dwells inside of us. Romans 12: 1 states our bodies are a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to Yahweh, which is our spiritual worship. Philippians 4: 8 states that whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, we are to think about these things. 1 Peter 1: 13-16 states as obedient children of Yahweh we should not fashion ourselves after our former lusts (desires) that was dine in our ignorance, but to become holy and to be holy in all manner of conversation because it is written that Yahweh Himself said, "Be holy, for I am holy." Ephesians 4: 29-31 states we are to let no corruption proceed from our mouth, to only let that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto others. We are not to grieve Ruwah, the Holy Spirit, by our actions and we are to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking be put away from us and all malice. The world that we live in is promoting and legalizing the exact opposite of what the true origin Book teaches and what Yahweh expects his children to do. Many Christian households are ignorantly and also knowingly letting these kinds of sinful influences into their homes. They allow their children watch, listen to music or play games or read comics/manga that teach doctrines of devils and see no wrong with what they have just done. Or, if the Christian parents are ignorant and clueless, they do not realize that a cartoon that they would normally assume is "safe" would include the following: Woke (LGBTQ+) Marriage + Acceptance Phonography Rape Murder Profanity Sexual Adult Themes Drug Abuse Use Alcohol Abuse Use Fornication (Members of the biological sex living together not legally married.) Pedophilia (Adult sexual attraction to children.) Theft Violence Racism Brutality (From government officials or local citizens.) Entertainment is changing and the more it changes the more tolerant and accepting the market wants to push these sinful and demonic themes onto you and your children. Avoiding Darkness While Surrounded By Darkness Anointed Works is very passionate about anime and loves the concept of it, but there are plenty of things about anime we do not lik e or condone. The way women and men are sexualized and degraded is a huge concern to us. True Christians that watch anime should never be okay with seeing hentai (porn) or perverted sex appeal for either gender (boy, girl). True Christians should never be okay with the profanity, the brutal gore, fighting and violence that some animes promote. Now why should true Christians avoid these things? The answer is simple. Yahweh is not in it and Yahweh strongly warned his holy children to avoid the “appearances of evil” and to be holy, as He is. So how does Anointed Works get away with looking at it if Yahweh told us not to even be around it? As a professional doctor who must sometimes see the patient nude, they are trained and supposed to see the sickness—not the body part itself. Doctors are indeed a gift from Yahweh, the Book says they are, but Yahweh also knows doctors and nurses may see patients naked. Yahweh knows workers who care for the mentally disabled will see their residents naked or must bathe the resident. In either situation, a doctor is supposed to see sickness and treat the sickness, regardless of where it is on the human body. Mentally handicapped people cannot always care for themselves, so someone has to do it for them. They are supposed to see such people as unable to perform and should never look at their resident sexually, but as a professional who is doing their job to aid someone else. Likewise, here at Anointed works we understand that we are to go into the world and make disciples as a Christians and we also understand that we are to reach the lost. Sometimes, you must go to where the sinner is. The sinner will not always willing stroll into a church or your house. You have to get up and go to them. Making Christian anime is AW’s way of reaching the lost. No one at AW is watching porn or participating in rituals, watching sex scenes when we select animes to watch. We find animes that are reasonable and void of those themes as much as possible. If we start a anime and those themes suddenly pop up, rest assured our team leaves and finds another source to observe. The lost like anime, yet the church has done nothing to meet the lost who are into anime. This is our ministry, we are professionals and know what to do and how to safeguard our hearts. The motive is not the same as someone sitting down to enjoy the anime. The motive is to observe, pull reasonable content then leave and never return to it. Christ went to the sinners, sat with them, ate with them and was accused of being a friend of tax collectors, drunks, gluttons and sinners. Yet, He did not sin. He did not approve of the sin. He also was setting an example for others to follow. Although avoiding the “appearance of evil” is ideal and should be done at all times, some ministries people have will have or even be called into will have evil present all around them. Yahweh is not a hypocrite. We live down here on a corrupted planet with free will. Due to sin, devils and Princes surround us and by their free will, they tempt us and create evil for us to listen to and see. Devils hate true Christians and will always try to find ways to shove evil onto their path, no matter what the form. One would think school would be a safe place to be. No, not at all. Public and sadly, Christian institutions will have students already sexually active, pregnant and depending on their situation, considering abortion (murder), stealing from teachers or classmates, have fighting among students, shootings, bomb threats, profanity, use of drugs, rape that is between students or rape between teacher and student and other evil wicked acts take place on school grounds. Usually during school events, the bathroom, locker rooms, etc. Guess what? College is no different. Can’t forget the work world. When a young person enters the work force, they will be exposed to all sorts of things, yet they are expected to “ignore it” and “overlook it” and do their jobs. Anointed Works is aware of the settings we are in and very aware that not everything can be controlled. What our team can control is what they let into their house, their minds and their life in general. If a child goes to a school (public or Christian), the child cannot prevent the evil that is present or around them. What the child can do is choose to not use bad language, choose to not have sex, choose to not lie, choose to not do drugs, choose to be a better person and an example of light to the sinner in a dark atmosphere. That the child can control. Everything else, they should let alone and pray for the lost. Anointed Works prayed about what to do concerning fantasy and anime and Yahweh revealed it is motive and purpose that makes anime good or evil. He literally said He didn’t hate anime, he hates what people do with it and dislikes that his own children watch it (the bad ones) and think nothing of it. So, with this in mind, we avoid the appearances of evil in our personal lives, but when on the clock, we put on our spiritual armor, anoint ourselves and enter the battel field in hope to bring back someone from the darkness and to the light. We sometimes sit around evil, but never engage with it or condone it. We observe, take notes and when finished, we leave and go off to make something better. Something holy. No Seriously, What Just Happened? Where to start? How to start? How do even being to express 15 years of labor, blood and sweat is just... gone? The shock is real, the anger is justified and Meta crossed a line. On Sunday May 21st 2023 at 1:30 AM in the morning, President Wilson was engaged with Ced, who is now a Creator at AW. What they spoke about we cannot reveal, as it was a private, personal conversation between the two of them, but what we can say is President Wilson felt led to invite him to join the showcase. She loved Ced's sound, the way it made her feel and the music he made in general. She was passionate about wanting to sponsor him and share his talent on our platforms. At first, she thought Ced wouldn't agree and feared he saw her trying to use him for clout or to make money off him. All of which was not the case and thankfully, Ced didn't think this and happily agreed to be sponsored. Directly after their chat, President Wilson was going to Facebook and to the AW Page to add Ced to the showcase, but something unexpected happened, right in front her eyes. In real time she saw the AW Facebook Page disappear and all content was deleted. Confused, she decided to make a new AW Page, but come to find out, it was demoted instantly to what is known as "Classics Pages". That isn't a good thing, Meta pushed us to the bottom of the barrel, no one was going to see our content and only Facebook could promote the Classic Page to New Page Experience. Next thing President Wilson noticed was was her Author Page. It was there, then it was gone and. Following AE's Page, UA Page's and finally her personal account. In the morning around 8:30 AM she eventually received a email, stating that her account had been disabled for breaking Community Guidelines. Did not state which rules were broken, did not explain the ban, just a brief automated statement that listed the following: Spam Promotion Self-Promotion Outraged, President Wilson messaged their support team, sent emails to disable@fb.com, appeal@fb.com, but received no response and to this day has not gotten any response. She Googled her situation and read articles on Reddit and was shocked to find Meta has been doing this for quite some time. Many users, both famous and non-famous had done nothing wrong and did not break Facebook's Community Guidelines and Meta still disabled their accounts. Theo Wayt who writes for the New York Post wrote an article on April 1st in 2022 about this very issue. It was confirmed Facebook's system were banning users and people barring them from being able to appeal. Well, the same thing has happened to us and President Wilson's personal Facebook account and we have been told the decision will not be changed. This is wrong and Meta need to reassess the situation immediately. So, What Exactly Brought This On? We have our personal theories as to what happened. Before the ban, we were receiving spam from fake Meta support accounts saying AW's Page was breaking Community Guidelines. Then, when we went to like out own posts (since no one else would), we were blocked and a lightbox appeared, saying our ability to like was disabled and if it was a mistake, we could disagree with the decision. So, we did and then liking becoming less frequent because Facebook kept saying we "spamming" like a bot. Keep in mind that the status that shows strikes and restrictions was green. All the Pages as well as President Wilson's personal account were clear and the message on those Pages said there were no violations or restrictions. In fact, when the Pages were disabled, the status was still green. Make that one make sense. Also, President Wilson filed a claim against Mark. Why? Because the Facebook Legal Team contacted users, explaining there was a violation of privacy and Facebook owned users' money as a result. President Wilson filed the claim one week before the ban and right after the ban happened, she received a notice, saying if she didn't fix some kind of issue in her claim and log into the account connected to the email and number on file, she would lose her rights to sue now, in the future and could never go after Mark legally for anything concerning Meta, Facebook and Instagram. So you mean to us, that our leader filed a lawsuit claim against Mark, her account was fine, our Pages were fine then just so happened to be shadow banned a week later? She was... literally... reported under false accusations and had no strikes against her. Just a claim that she was entitled to. Um. Really? Even if this theory is wrong, the timing and the appearance of the situation doesn't help Meta at all. This was deliberate and furthermore, we believe whoever reported President Wilson and our Pages was mad we are Christians and did things for free for our Creators. That said, perhaps that was what Meta was angry about and saw as "self-promotion". We cannot afford to run ads and as long as we've been there this was never a problem. Ever. Our content was original and reflected to us, the website and our Creators. Our content was written professionally and with respect. AE's Page was too, nothing stated there was wrong or evil, but perhaps people who support sin and sinful lifestyles felt otherwise? And maybe whoever reported us, had it in for AW and President Wilson simply because we honor holiness, natural order and the Elohim? One thing is for sure, we cannot use secular platforms and must relocate strictly to our website and platforms that are not bias and so "Woke" and liberal, that the very presence of a Christian makes them melt and offended. Meta and the person who reported us made something out of nothing and got their wish. In the world success is measured by a few things. You need to be able to dedicate unreasonable amounts of time, sacrifice your social life, family and friends, just to keep the business going and in the proper margins of success for your business, big or small. The founders and their CEO Board have to have good leadership skills and create fair, grounded work ethic laws. Leadership will also need to hire dedicated and dependable employees who will benefit their employer and the business in general. FInally, good planning and organizational skills. This is standard for people in the world and it is equally a standard for Christian businesses, like AW, Chick-Fil-A, Hobby Lobby, etc. Many business owners (Christian and non-Christian) will open a business and make the mistake of thinking they will start making money right away, only to find that making money, raising money, and having finical stability in a business is a lot more difficult than they anticipated. President Wilson thought along these lines when she founded AW in 2018. She owns and operates an online LLC corporation business. President Wilson does not have a lot to offer in terms of services yet, butt she thought she could raise awareness for her Christian ministry and receive donations from the church. That never happened. It shocked her as much as it did the CEO Board because everyone expected the church (Christian people) to be understanding and step up to help one of the Lord's children in their time of need. Disappointments aside, there is so much more to running a business than financial stability. If you are a Christian business owner there are few tips you can try to prevent disaster. It doesn't matter what type of business you have, there will always be necessary steps you must follow to be successful. Step 1: Yahweh First Psalm 37: 5 says, "Commit thy way unto Yahweh; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass." King David did not stutter or suggest this, he declared boldly that Yahweh will act when we put him first and trust in His promises. God must be the source of your passion and drive when running a Christian business. If you are not submitting to God in your personal life or living a honest, righteous life the way the Lord intended for you, how could you possible hope to please Him if you start up a business? Always pray about what to do for the business and keep an open communication with your Maker. Keep your trusted people close and confine in them, but also make sure you keep yourself in check with Yahweh. If He moved you to have a business or you just wanted to start a business without feeling moved, that is wonderful--either way you must submit your works unto Him and trust that He will lead you down the proper path. This may mean you fast, wait a while or act right away, but no matter how you go about seeking your answers from Yahweh, make sure your heart is in what you're doing and that your motive is to bring honor and glory to His name verses your own. As you go about keeping Yahweh first, remember that you need to be organized with everything you do. It will help you complete tasks and stay on top of things at all times. Invest into a planner or make a check off list for each day. As you complete the tasks on the list, check it off your list. This will ensure that you’re not forgetting anything and completing errands or procedures that are vital to the growth and survival of your business. Step 2: Book Keeping Every business should be keeping track of records, such as the IRS, transactions, business investment with other businesses owners, etc. Whether this is the CEO, Treasurer, Vice CEO, someone needs to know where the business is at financially at all times. They also should be on top of weighing the pros and cons of financial investments and should be very organized in their book keeping so if asked, they know where the records are and can provide detailed reports about the business's finances to whoever needs to know. Step 3: Study The Niche & Competition Familiarize yourself with your niche and then observe how other people go about the marketing mix and social media influence for their targeted audiences. Competition is expected and you need to be aware of who you're loosing to and why. Never hesitate to study and learn from your competitors and their marketing strategies. They very well might be doing something you could be doing and could do better. They also can show you what is effective for them and what isn't working for them, which should give you a idea to avoid for your own business. The more comfortable you become with your niche and understand how it works, the more you can mold your marketing mix to fit the narrative you desire when you decide to advertise to your targeted audience. Step 4: Take The Risk At some point you might be faced with making a "risky" choice. Here's the bottom line. Good and bad choices happen with consequences. Do not fear this, but rather carefully choose which risks are worth taking. But you should also be well informed before making a high risk decision. Meaning, you should do your research, learn about what it is you want to stake your business on. Timing is another factor that comes with risks. If you made a sound choice, but the timing is bad it could hurt your business instead of helping it. If you are the CEO or President, it is a good idea to go to the CEO Board and consult your close and trusted people and get their opinions about the risk you want to take. There is console and wisdom with many advisors and sometimes, they might see something you don't see so make sure to keep open communication with your officers. Step 5: Think Outside The Box Don't set in your ways. Listen to your employees from time to time, not just those on your level or in leadership. Be open to new ideas that come from the staff and be actively looking for other methods to improve your business and its presence. Ultimately you want to create a business that is unique, separating it from your competitors. looking for ways to improve your business and make it stand out from the competition. Embrace different and try to remember this: If applicable, you want to offer something that your targeted audience doesn't already know or has seen. Step 6: Be Patien t You built and opened your business. Congrats. That is a huge feat right there, but you must be patient with the public. They don't know your brand yet like they know Nike, Disney, Bob Evans, Denny's, Rue21, etc. Just because you are certified, have a FEIN, are registered with the state you reside in and have a message and product you want to share with others, does not mean people care or want you in the beginning. It can take years before people know who you are, let alone want to trust you with their time and money. While you are waiting, focus on completing milestones, building a good rep and going out into your community and meeting the people and offering free products. Give out business cards, rent a billboard, run some ads on social media and keep your passion. Not seeing progress might weaken the dream. Don't let it. Especially where you are serving a mighty God who sustains you and very well may have called you to open a business. His timing is not our timing, but while we wait there is no harm in perfecting the craft and enjoying the progress that you are making. Step 7: Do It Yourself Over Hiring Outside Help I f you want something done right, do it yourself. Paying others to help your business where you lack the understanding and skills is not wrong, but realize that will come with a price. A big one. Many freelancers charge differently hourly rates and that will add up depending on what you want done, how much of it you want done and labor. If you can figure out how to do something for your business, be ready to sit down and study. Otherwise, you will be having to pay other people to do it and over time, this will cost you personally or cost your business's treasury to suffer. Then again, if you have financial support or a benefactor that provides money for you, you can afford to pay someone without trying to figure out a way to replace the money that was lost. Step 8: Positivity Makes A Community Don't be negative when creating online or offline content for your targeted audience. Don't allow your niche to reflect hurtful things such as racial slander, hate speech (towards anyone of any color, religion, sexual orientation, disability, etc.), judgmental attitudes or values. That is not helpful for your brand or for your business. People do not like bad attitudes or treatment in customer support or from the leadership branches in general. To avoid creating a negative impact with your niche work with your base wisely and build trust with the community by being respectful, nice, kind and understanding when they're not being understanding or respectful towards you. Be the bigger person and always try to defuse a bad situation with a gentle answer over a bitter one. We have been working hard since our establishment in 2018. Non-stop as a matter fact. We still lack sponsorship, have no financial aid from others or groups, no partnerships and as of late, no active employees due to personal matters outside of the office. Life happens though and rather than complain about what has befallen our company, we prayed and asked Yahweh what He wanted us to do. The Lord led us to a bed and told us to lay down and rest. Best answer ever. Don't worry, we're still working, just not in the same way when we started out. This pause in production saddens President Wilson, but at the same time it excites her. She came to terms that she lost to the marketing mix, to her competitors and didn't get a fair chance to show the world what she had to offer and that's okay. She has Elohim and a devoted steam backing her in prayer and that's a great comfort to her. A fresh perspective and strategy will be needed, but that cannot come to Anointed Works when we've exhausted our limits. Whatever will come from this season of rest and inactivity, President Wilson is fine with it and will continue to find more ways to optimize the website, artwork, projects and improve our work ethic for the future. Pleasure Before Work Anointed Works has another venue that doesn't focus on #business , marketing mix, advertisement and other marketing mix related tasks that serve to promote our business presence in the marketing world. What we pride ourselves for is creating Christian allegories in book form. Truthfully, the business side of Anointed is seen as a thorn. A distraction, uneventful and something the workers and the CEO Board does not care for and could care less for. What we care about is people and their souls. What we care about is seeing President Wilson's novels impacting lives all around the world. We participate in the marketing mix because it is expected of us from a professional standpoint, but are true goal is to win the attention of our targeted audience. Once we do that, we want to convince them that #Christian entertainment is not boring or a waste of their time. The Christian content Zion Studio is responsible for creating is unique, different, thrilling and something to make a reader tilt their head in astonishment. Timing is very important. Timing and finding workers who will help us for free or through freelance contracts. With no finical support or base, we are on our own. Yeah, about that... To anyone reading this, we're so sorry. We're just as confused as you are. We didn't forget to write this report. We were pumped for it and has a lot to discuss concerning changes for Zion Studio, the new installment of the forum on Discord, new project announcements, Short Story challengers, we were going to talk about it all. Sadly we just realized the post intended for the report was not backed up on anyone's devices, so we have nothing we can talk about. Not in depth, anyway. So, this is what we think happened. We had the post written, but forgot to save the Word document to our devices. If it wasn't the Word document then we forgot to save a draft edition of the Report. How would this come about? If we had to guess, it was our busy schedules, team members away on holiday or sick leave, so sleepy we think we tapped save when we did not. What Is Manga? Japanese manga. What is it and why Zion Studio avoid making it for their projects? Let's start with the word and define it first. Manga originates from Japan, an Eastern culture. Manga is a term that is usually used to refer to comic books, cartooning and graphic novels that were originally produced and published in Japan. Most manga was developed in Japan in the late 19th century and the form has a long prehistory in earlier Japanese art. Unlike American comic books, which are typically printed in full color, Japanese manga are normally published in black and white. Now that you know what manga is and where it started, let us explain we do not want to invest into producing professional manga. There are 6 steps to creating a professional manga. Some styles have been updated, but the overall set up is the same. 1. Chose A Theme Before anything is created or inked, the theme or storyline is chosen. What is the theme of the storyline? What is the genre? Who is the targeted audience and why? What is the manga's message and how does it articulate that message to the reader? All these things have to be done first before the drawing takes place. 2. The Plot If the artist/team decides on an idea for the manga, then they move on to the plot. This step is very important. People who are over the production, such as the artist or a team leader, must ensure that the manga does not go outside of the theme selected and keep the story flow smooth. When main events and the story flow is made the outline would look like this: Birth Of A Ruler Takashi is a royal baby, but was mysteriously kidnapped 1 week after his birth. Takaishi was taken by the Queen's evil brother, who raises Takashi to be his heir and he grooms him to hate the Royal Family. Takashi learns how to master the sword and bow and grows up into a handsome, striking young man, still unaware of what his uncle did and he still has no clue he is the missing child, destined to become the new king of Avalon. Takashi Meets His Parents Takashi is riding his horse and sees a broken down carriage on the road. He approaches it and sees there is a woman and man inside, trapped. Takashi gets them out and upon seeing his face, there is a noticeable birthmark on the side of his neck. His mother informs him that he is in fact, her son and begs him to return to the castle to prove to Takashi he is their son. Takashi goes with his parents, learns the truth and has a moment trauma. He was training to murder the people his uncle told him were evil and were not the true leaders of Avalon. Takashi must comes to terms about his life and that his uncle is the real enemy. Takashi & Uncle Fight Upon learning the truth, Takashi rallies the soldiers together and they depart from Avalon Castle to go find, capture and detain the uncle. Takashi confronts his uncle and they fight to the death, for the uncle refused to go quietly and turn himself in. Takashi is wounded badly, but he defeats his uncle, who dies. He returns to Avalon castle with his uncle's head in a sack and presents it to his parents. Takashi is crowned king years later when his father and mother retire from the throne and he continues to legacy his parents started. As you can see, the example plot is a very simple and short, but a plot for a professional manga is much longer and will have more information. Basically, details and specific things that take place during the plot. longer and contains much more information. 3. Character Design When the storyline and plot are finished and set, character design is next. The artist/team start sketching different poses, expressions and angles of the characters as well as animal companions. Note taking of a character is involved during this phase, such as their height, size, expressions, fears, strengths, their weaknesses, etc. All important information about characters is written down as well. Next up is clothes for the characters. Clothing design is to help the reader identify social status, personality among other things that will carry that throughout the entire storyline. 4. Storyboard Now is the time to start producing pages. The beginning of a storyboard is not clean or detailed. You just draw rough sketches on a paper to get a idea of how it will look. Then, you draw everything on the actual paper. First you start with the panels using a ruler and the panels get filled with the characters, speech bubbles and a background, which serves as the location or place of interest. During this phase you do not focus on drawing clean. That will come later. The borderline or the bleed is the small frame at the outside of the paper you sketch on. It is needed for the print you should not draw on it. 5. Inking Inking is not easy. This is actually very hard and vexing for the artist/team. If a mistake is made, guess what? The artist/team will have to throw the page out and redo it. There is a pen that is used during this process called a G-Pen. With a G-Pen the artist/team is able to control the size of the line by pressing it harder or softer down on the paper. 6. Computer Editing After a page is inked it will be scanned and edited on a computer. The artist/team cleans the page up with a photo editing program, such as Adobe Photoshop, Manga Studio, etc. This is normally done with a tablet. When the page is clean, patterns are added and those patterns are added for shadows and explosions in the panels of the manga. The pattern could be anything the artist/team wants. It is true that in today's generation manga is drawn on computers without a inking stage, but there are still artists use pencil sketching. 7. Print After the artist/team has completed all the panel pages then they send the manga off to a publisher and have the manga printed and produced. Some notable companies that publish manga are: Dark Horse Manga Del Rey Manga Kodansha Comics USA Seven Seas Entertainment Vertical, Inc. VIZ, Inc. Yen Press At the end of the day, Zion Studio does not want the stress or the hassle of producing a professional manga or graphic novels. We just don't have enough people skilled and certified in the craft of manga to make professional manga. In fact, the Producer (President Wilson), is the only person who understands manga and the way of it. She refuses to do it, as her hands are not well and it would cause her serve health problems if she started drawing manga full time. Despite knowing how to produce professional manga, we lack funds to hire freelance artists/illustrators/writers/inkers to complete a full volume or a full volume of manga. Aren't You Supposed To Forgive & Bless? There is a huge misinterpretation of "Christian" and "door matt". Just because we love Christ and just because we were asked by Yahweh to show love, mercy, compassion, and forgive those who wrong us, does not mean we let people take advantage of us. In fact, it is a sin to allow people to do such a thing. If there are consequences for Non-Christian jobs for showing up late, violation of a contract, poor work ethic and no excuse for an employee's laziness--why would a Christian business be any different? Guess what? There is no difference. Saved or not a job is a job and when people sign their names on contract papers they are stating they are going to meet the requirements asked of them. It is the reality of the adult world. Lately, we are seeing more applicants desert AW before their interviews or AW terminating a hired applicant. The reason for this is due to their lack of commitment. Not everyone hired was incompetent. Some workers had personal reasons for not being able to follow through with their duties and AW understood that . No one thought ill of those workers or thought their reasons were wrong. It was the people who gave us attitude, lied to our face, argued about their sinful lifestyles that were contrary to the lifestyles we explained in the  Contract For Hire and people who didn't read their contracts but made it appear as if they did. Those individuals hurt us, insulted us and took advantage of the positions they were given. Unless those workers say otherwise AW has every right to believe they avoided their responsibilities, did not take the organization seriously, were not reading their contracts thoroughly and did not respect Yahweh. Some workers "claimed" they were saved, but their actions revealed their true intentions. Once they realized there was real effort involved with no pay, they found something in their life to use as a scapegoat. An excuse to not keep their interview appointments or arranged meetings with President Wilson. We have modified our policies to better help this vexing situation. If someone wants to work for AW, but can't pass our Pre-Hire Phase they will not be considered for hire. Pre-Hire Phase? What's That All About? What this means is we will give a trial run for every applicant or minor tasks of the job position they're interested in. If the applicant does not respond well to this method, are not calling us back prior to us checking in with them periodically during the Pre-Hire Phase, then that individual is not committed. If a person wants to help us and are truly dedicated to AW' they will complete their requirements without hesitation. Sure, situations may come up that prevent them from coming in on time or not being to clock in for their shift. Life happens, we get it. However, those moments don't last forever. There is a start and an end. If people want us we're here. We never leave, we never change. The workers we've hired in the past have failed and our CEO Board desires to see these issues remedied effectively as possible. Creating the Pre-Hire Phase is AW's way of doing that. Our Backstory Anointed Works is a Christian company that was founded by to President Wilson on January 18, 2018. The name came about when President Wilson asked Yahweh what He wanted the company to be called. Yahweh spoke to President Wilson and instructed her to call the company Anointed Works . He asked her to do what she was already doing professionally, which is create Christian anime and content for Christians to enjoy that would help lead others to Christ. In 2020, Yahweh spoke to President Wilson again and this time, He told her to start another business that would be the parent of the second one. Sin, Transgression, Iniquity & Holiness Do Not Mix When it comes to Pride month, Anointed Works and our employees cannot engage with it, praise it, condone it or enjoy it like some hypocrite Christians do. Yes, believe it or not there are Christians, actually confessing men and women who represent Elohim, that like, encourage, and praise Pride month and the sinful lifestyle of the LGBTQ+. The Bible strictly forbids the church to do this and said if a follower of Christ praises sin then they are just as guilty as the ones sinning. There are activists and groups that support The Book, but only if they can say The Book supports LGBTQ+ lifestyles and claim that Christ loves their sin, which is not in actual reality, a sin. It is normal. The issue here is the Book is whatever people want it to mean, so since humanity keeps insisting to use lies to justify their cause, we will use truth of the actual texts to expose the lie Hell wants you to believe. "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination." --Leviticus 18: 22 "We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers, for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers-and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine 11that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed God, which he entrusted to me." -- 1 Timothy 1: 8-11 "Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men and received in themselves the due penalty for their error." --Romans 1: 26-27 That was the translated text. Let's talk about the origin Hebrew text. Look at the pictures below very closely. The Hebrew word for "man", is ish/husband and the Hebrew word for "woman" is isha/wife . What you can see if the two words are a lot alike, but there is one identical and one distinction feature between them. What makes them identical is two letters spell the word "God", the short form because The Book says Yahweh made us in His image and likeness, male and female. In the relationships He willed and designed between (1) man and (1) woman this bond is unbreakable, as He is. However, if you remove "God" from the relationship there are two other Hebrew letters that spell another word, esh, which is "fire". Why? Because in Hebrew when something is doubled, it is the ultimate and when you remove "God" out of marriage and the relationship He designed for 1 man and 1 woman, it is ultimate destruction. When we allow groups to redefine sexuality and gender and do not follow Yahweh's laws, that is rebellion, which is sin. Sin comes from where? Hell and what is in Hell? Fire. People forget the first language the Bible was written in, its origin and its meaning and the raw context of these words. The "Love Is Love" slogan is a twisted concept of the real love Yahweh intends for humanity. That slogan the LGBTQ+ praise will never be accepted by Yahweh and it will never be okay by His standards, therefore AW cannot celebrate this movement of mankind or its 30 day month holiday. To do so is not only a direct violation of scripture for a true Christian bound by the morality and ethics of the Bible, but it is also a insult to who Yahweh is. Yahweh has declared what is a male and female and the sexuality of both genders. The LGBTQ+ community does not follow His rules on this and do not believe that sex and gender are one in the same and some believe you do not need gender at all. Ruwah, the Holy Spirit is a woman in the Godhead and Yahweh is the male. They can only be true to themselves and reflect what is of them and inside of them. Sin was never part of Yahweh's design, nor did it ever come out of Him and this is why holiness and sin cannot mix or coexist together. They are not the same and never will be. Anointed Works (AW) may have been founded on January 10, 2018 by Rachel Renee Wilson, but before 2018 there was 1993. In 1993 Rachel had always held a passion for fantasy and anime art. Back then, it was a mere hobby and something she did on the side when she didn’t have to worry about her chores/school work responsibilities. As the years passed her passion grew, but she went through a phase where she believed liking fantasy was evil, because that’s what she was taught by several people in the church community. It took Rachel many years, constantly seeking Yahweh’s voice over people to understand a very important factor. The earth was Yahweh’s, mankind was created in Elohim’s image and placed in a perfect setting. Before sin, everything was very good and without blemish. Rachel reasoned in her mind if everything was pure before sin creativity was no different. Fantasy and art is a gift from Yahweh. It wasn’t wrong either. How she used it before she got saved was wrong and she was ignorant with her gift for many years. ​ Torn and full of doubts about such a direction for her life, Rachel fought Yahweh for a long time. By a while, we mean nine years straight of kicking, screaming, and arguing with her Maker. This should not come as a shock to anyone. If people read their Books closely they’ll see similar reactions from several biblical characters in the Torah (original canon books included) and the Brit Chadashah (New Testament). President didn’t have a lot of support from her family, not in the way she wanted and some family members questioned her about such a path. This only upset Rachel and made her have more doubts about her calling. She would get to where she had faith, then back away, question everything Yahweh was telling her, and test her situations to see if it was truly Yahweh asking her to do such a crazy thing. ​ Rachel loved her artwork, the stories she wrote, and always dreamed about becoming an author one day, but not a CEO of a Christian organization. In the end, Yahweh's will made sense and eventually it was what she wanted for her life. On December 15, 2017, she finally surrendered to Him and stopped fighting with Elohim over everything. No more doubts, no more yelling, kicking, or screaming. She allowed Him to take over and a peace that surpassed all understanding fell over her instantly. The following day she woke up the next morning, went to the bank, opened up her first business account and Anointed Works became official on January 10, 2018. ​ At Anointed Works we specialize in Christianizing secular productions and making them Godly so people can learn about Christ and still enjoy the themes they like. Rather than turn a blind eye and keep pretending that what our children and even adults are watching/playing is okay, we expose the dark schemes of Hell/Satan in those things for what they really are. Rachel firmly believes Christians and the church in general, need to stop making excuses for those activities and understand that fantasy, video games, songs, etc. are not evil at the core. It’s what people make them do that determines if the product is good or bad. Sadly, there is more bad than good and Christians promote entertaining those dark themes instead of putting them away and warning people to be careful about what they feed their spirits and what they feed their mind. Anointed Works is very sincere about helping people see the differences, and we’re going to do that through biblical allegories. Anointed Works does not depend on Christian fantasy to save people. We depend on the Christian fantasy to be the stepping stone that pulls people out of dark entertainment to reality where Yeshua and the Book are. President Wilson is tired of seeing kids being deceived through secular media and then hooked on dark themes of fantasy or any form of entertainment that teaches doctrines of devils. Anything that installs false theologies, teachings of demons, promoting of sexual immoral activities is her competition, rival, and non-stop spiritual warfare. Examples of these entertainments range from, but are not limited to: Idolatry Fornication Sexual Immoralities Witchcraft God/Goddess Mythology Legalizing Sin All these themes are found in video games, comics, manga (Japanese comics), non-fiction stories, movies, music, etc. Christianizing secular works is the main focus at Anointed Works, it is not the only thing we do. We pray for the world, for each other and also try to find others to support financially, all in the name of Yeshua. Nothing we do is of our own power, we are only able to do this through Yeshua who strengthens us. Anointed Works has people who want to make that change in the world where others haven't. Our personal financial goal is to raise enough money so we can use supplies and equipment to complete the development of our projects. Our team is small, we are broke and are running on nothing, but our spirit is willing. This organization is founded on faith and it will be our faith that will make it grow.
